You can earn points through various activities:

• Making purchases
• Referring friends
• Completing certain tasks
• Writing reviews 

We have three tiers:

• Insider+: Entry-level tier
• Enthusiast: Mid-level tier
• Connoisseur: Top-tier level

You can advance by earning points:

• Enthusiast: Earn 2,000 points
• Connoisseur: Earn 4,000 points

Benefits increase as you move up tiers:

• Insider+: 5% off purchases of $25 or more
• Enthusiast: 10% off purchases of $25 or more, invitation to an exclusive community
• Connoisseur: 15% off purchases of $25 or more, private tour invitation, early access to new cigar lines, free samplers

You can view your point balance by logging into your account on our website.

Points can be redeemed for one-time use discounts. Check your account for available redemption options.

For every $1 spent, you’ll earn 5 points. For example, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 500 points which you can use to earn discounts as rewards. 

When you refer a friend who makes a purchase, you'll earn 250 points. When you refer a friend that signs up to the program, you’ll also receive a 10% off coupon.

Currently, points are non-transferable between accounts. They're exclusively for personal use.
